Set up your billing information

You can set up your billing information when you create a new Twyzle account. If you skipped this step, you can still add your billing information by navigating to Settings on the left hand menu.

Your credit balance

Your credit balance is the total funds available to make purchases on your account.

Auto-deposit settings

You can also edit your auto-deposit settings to top off your credit balance every time it drops below $25. For example, you can configure the auto-deposit setting to automatically add $200 to your account if your credit balance drops below $25. You can adjust these settings by navigating to Billing & Payments on the top right menu and clicking on Auto-Deposit Settings.

Payment methods

Twyzle accepts any major credit and debit card as payment methods. You can add a new payment method by going into any billing dialog box and selecting “Add New Card.”

Payment history

Payment history lets your view all incoming and outgoing transactions for each month.

Product usage

An overview of campaign usage data, including total campaign licenses, call tracking minute usage, total domains purchased, and more. You can also download a spreadsheet for your records.

Statements

You can view and download monthly statements of your transactions and product usage. Simply choose the month you wish to view and click the Download Statement button on the top right corner.
